Refund policy

At GuavaGirlPosh, we take great care in accurately describing every item we sell. Because our inventory consists of vintage, antique, and one-of-a-kind pieces, all sales are final unless the item arrives significantly not as described or is damaged in transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or items that do not fit (for clothing, please review measurements carefully before purchasing).
